Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins once the order has been dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.
